DB:3.50:Minimum Balance To Use Blackberry Services a1

I recently read in some terms and conditions about needing a minimum amount needed to be left on your balance in order to use the Blackberry service, even if you have purchased the BB bolt-on. So if you had £5.10 on your balance and then £5 for the BB was taken off, you wouldn't be able to use the BB service unless you topped up £10 (I guess). I only use my phone for Blackberry services, although on rare occasions I may need to text someone, which will cost me 12p on my current tarriff. My current balance is about £1.34. Obviously I don't want that to go down below the minimum balance required to use blackberry services, as then I would have to top up more that I need. I'm sure 02 would be happy with this, but I prefer not to spend money needlessly.

I've spent about 2hrs trawling through the 02 terms, small print, but I cannot find the minimum balance required. I'm sure I've seen it before, but now it seems to have vanished.

Not very good that this is so hidden, not really good enough 02! (from a loyal customer!)

Anyway, if anyone knows, can they please just tell me, so that I know! It's not a lot to ask is it

    Thanks!

PS: I'm on Pay Go and have favourite place tarriff and BB bolt-on.

    Greetings all,

I'm currently writing an app for a corporation which wishes to use BB Balance.

The app should integrate with the native "share" menu and apply to images.

This works well, the problem is however that the native camera app saves all pictures it takes to the personal space.

My question is if it is possible to include my app in the "share" menu of the private space just like it's possible to "share" with an corporate email account from the private space.

It's kind of rediculous that you basically can't take "corporate images".

DB:3.09:Bb Balance - Share Images pp

Do you know if it is in any way possible to get an "enterprise" app added to the "share" list in the private space?

If you do not know, who can I talk to that does know?

I'm feeling completely lost here as I can't find even the slightest bit of information about anything like this.

    Hi there

I'm a web/mobile developer but have never scripted in Photoshop much... and I don't want to learn what I don't have to

What I want: when i'm in Bridge - ACR going through 500 images, I use a preset to set things (ie. get an image style). Now, I find that some of my cameras often have a white balance that is too cool... so, I want a "preset" (or script? or whatever I can click / batch / use from ACR or Bridge easily) that can leave the white balance as it is, UNLESS it is under some minimum I specify (ie. 4400), in which case it is raised to that minimum.

I know it probably sounds weird but it would save me a lotta time..

    thanks for any help

DB:3.05:Set Whitebalance To A Minimum, From Inside Acr Itself (Ie Preset) dk

I had an even better idea: adjust the minimum according to the time of day. Example: 12noon photo should have minimum white-balance of 4900, a photo taking at 8pm should have a minimum white balance of 5500.

OK just point me in the write direction and i'll start

If someone subscribes to this bundle, is there a minimum incriment or usage (e.g. 10-100kb depending on network) similar to that with the pay as you use option??

The only reason there is the 10-100kb increment is for billing purposes (with no data addon). Since you have already purchased the 5mb to use each Kb is taken as 1KB from your total ammount of 5MB.

I am a relatively new user of PayPal Mastercard, and just received my first minimum payment due. I only use the PayPal master card occasionally for my ebay purchases, and thus have a some-what small balance (and I try to pay it off often).

However, the minimum payment ($14.00) I was supposed to make is greater than my outstanding balance ($13.75). I also received an error in making a payment when selecting the minimum payment due, because my payment would be greater than my outstanding balance. So instead I made the 13.75 payment, and zero'd out my account's outstanding balance.

My concern is should I be worried about the $.25 remaining minimum payment that is unpaid? Of course it wouldn't be too devastating to make a small purchase, and bring up my balance to pay it off, but is it necessary?

DB:2.80:Minimum Payment More Than Outstanding Balance 7d

    fumin -

    Welcome to the Community!

This shouldn't be a problem, but I would check in with the folks in charge of late fees, etc., over at PayPal MasterCard to be on the safe side. The best way to reach them is to just flip the card over and give them a call.

    Thanks!

    Adrian

Hi, We have some in-house developed tools that use the old BES Web Services (5.0.3 / 6.2) to perform some device admin actions via custom web pages and we now need to update these to use the new (10.1.3) web services API to perform BlackBerry device management.

Has anyone done this before and know of any easy upgrade path? Is it a complete re-write of all our code that references the API or is there some easy-to-follow upgrade path?

    Hey John,

My suggestion for the easiest way to test would be to point to an internal BES 10 instance, there should be no ill effects if it fails.

For test boxes, I believe all versions of BES should offer a BWS interface.

DB:2.78:Trying To Get Blackberry Services Working 3f

Do you have a Blackberrydata plan? The Blackberry plans are priced the same as the other smartphone plans ($15 for 200 MB, $25 for 2 GB, or $30 if you already had a smartphone unlimited plan and kept it; and none include messaging), but there are internal differences. If your data plan doesn't say "BB," "Blackberry," or "RIM," then it may not work properly with a Blackberry device.

You may be able to make the change through your myWireless account online. If not, you can contact Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500.

As another possibility, are you experiencing this issue over a Wi-Fi internet connection (as opposed to the cellular network data connection)? Some functions may only work properly over the cellular data network. I believe the BIS features should work correctly over Wi-Fi, but I'm not certain.

    Hi

Yes you can remove Blackberry services, you just need to ring 191 and speak to customer services.

Please be aware that without Blackberry services you won't be able to send and receive emails, BBM, facebook etc.

It will mean your blackberry will just become a normal phone which you can call and send SMS from, if thats all you need then you will be fine.

    DB:2.74:Internet On Bb pa

Hello -- I agree with what Wolf359 has said...with one caveat. BBM group membership. If you are a member of groups, data (and, indeed battery) consumption can be much higher due to the nature of the BBM platform being peer-to-peer. For instance, if a new member joins, their BBM must synchronize with the entire group, and all members of the group are affected by that activity. If a member drops and re-joins, same thing when they re-synchronize. If the group is sharing a lot of things (especially pictures), that too will consume more resources, and worsen that join/drop/rejoin impact.Hence, it's really impossible to tell anyone exactly what they require...for it depends completely on the usage for that individual, which will vary from all other users. Every user is unique, with their own methods and usage patterns.Hence, do monitor your usage as Wolf359 has recommended.Good luck!

I am in Pakistan. and i am using storm 9530.

i am suffering problem that according to carrier services here we dial *124# for balance inquiry. which should send request to carrier but my hand-held starts calling on that number due to which i am unable to inquire my balance, for that purpose i have to use NOKIA or another cell.

in short, after dialing *124# it should send request as like other hand-helds but it starts calling. which ultimately causes inconvenience for me.

kindly assist me..it should not call as like other numbers on which we talk. but it should send request to carrier and should display a temporary message window consisting of balance.

    DB:2.74:Extension Problem d7

my dear, In Pakistan all carriers provide inquiry services via sending request. mean, let me tell you briefly now, here we dial *124# or *456# for different services. in my blackberry when i dial *124# it starts calling as like we are going to talk on that number and ultimately "no response". because thats not right way. while in Nokia and other mobiles it works properly as required.

what my blackberry should do is that, when i dial *124# it should send request and after that it should show a temporary message containing my balance information. but here by default i am using setting of America in my blackberry.

in settings from where i should change what to avail these services.

hope so, u've got my problem now

practically, press call button(green button), then go to Dial pad, then dial *124#, then press call button(green button), now it should send request to my carrier but it starts calling on that number which should not happen.

hope so its clear now, thanx

just guide me please what settings i should change.

    6. Can I perform an in-place upgrade of my BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5 or earlier (BES 5) to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 (BES10)?

No. BES 5 and BES10 are two independent platforms. BES 5 is for managing BlackBerry OS devices whereas BES10 can manage BlackBerry 10 (BB10) devices, iOS devices, Android devices, and BlackBerry PlayBook tablets.

    7. Can I install BES10 on the same server hardware as BES 5?

Although BES10 and BES 5 can coexist on the same server hardware, consider the level of available resources and downtime if server maintenance is required. For a smoother transition and operation, we recommend each product be installed on its own server hardware. For more information on hardware requirements for a co-installation, see theBES10 Installation Guide.

    8. Do I need a service account in BES10?

Yes. BES10 uses a service account in a similar manner to BES 5. Since BES10 uses the ActiveSync protocol instead of MAPI protocol, the permissions needed have decreased. The service account requires local administrator rights and the following local security policy permissions:

Allow log on locally (if not assigned by default)
    Log on as a service
Log on as a batch job.

For full steps on configuring these permissions, review theBES10 Installation Guide (PDF).

    9. What major architecture components have changed from BES 5 to BES10?

There have been some major architecture changes in BES10 since BES 5. For a summary of the component changes please review BES10 Components – What’s Different?

For more detail, please review the BES10 Architecture and Data Flow Overview (PDF).

10 . Does BES10 have Web Desktop Manager?

BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager was replaced with BES10 Self-Service. This new end user self-service portal provides new management options and video walkthroughs for your end users, reducing your support time.

    11. What is BES10 Self-Service?

BES10 Self-Service is a web-based application that is used to perform basic user tasks such as creating activation passwords, and sending device commands, for example, remotely locking a lost or stolen device. This self-service tool replaces the BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager in BES 5. For more information, please review the BES10 Self-Service User Guide (PDF).

    12. Can you install BES10 on a mail server or domain controller?

Installing BES10 on a server that hosts another crucial piece of enterprise software such as a mail server or domain controller is not suggested, recommended, or formally supported by BlackBerry Technical Support Services.

    13. What is the BlackBerry Management Studio?

The primary purpose of the BES10 Management Studio is to provide easy access to common daily user management tasks. It supports management of iOS, Android, BlackBerry 10, and BlackBerry OS devices, as well as BlackBerry Playbook tablets. Although more functionality is available in the native console, everyday tasks such as activating devices, assigning users to groups, and managing user accounts can be done from BlackBerry Management Studio.

    14. What are the pre-installation requirements?

Please review the Requirements and Preinstallation tasks sections found in the BES10 Installation Guide (PDF).

    15. What are the firewall port requirements for BES10?

Please review KB34192 - Configuring network firewalls to work with BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.

    16. Why don’t I have a BlackBerry Router service by default?

Due to the new architecture, BES10 no longer requires the BlackBerry Router service. If your organization uses a BlackBerry Router, for example to fulfill a DMZ requirement, it can be installed independently.

    17. Can my BES10 use my existing BES 5 BlackBerry Router?

Please review KB29748 -Configuring the BlackBerry Device Service to connect to an existing BlackBerry Router.

    18. Can I manage my BES 5 from my BES10?

Yes, basic BES 5 MDM domain management can be performed within the BES10 Management Studio, such as:

    Configuration activation settings
    Activating devices
    Assigning users to groups
    Managing user accounts

    19. Can I activate, manage, or migrate my BlackBerry OS smartphones to my BES10?

No. BlackBerry OS smartphone activation and management requires BES 5. BES10 is designed for BlackBerry 10 devices, iOS devices, Android devices, and BlackBerry PlayBook tablets.

    20. Can my users maintain their BlackBerry OS smartphones while also using a device managed by BES10?

Yes. Since the two databases are independent, devices managed on a BES 5 do not conflict with devices managed on a BES10.

    21. How does BES10 manage employee or company owned (BYOD, CYOD, or COPE) devices?

All ownership and management scenarios are handled by BlackBerry Balance. The selection of license and activation type determines the level of corporate control over the end user’s device.

    22. Does BES10 have the same IT policies as BES 5?

The IT policy sets in BES10 reflect the differing nature and capabilities of the device platforms. The overall policy sets have been rethought to provide a balance between complexity and capability. For more information, please review the following:

BES10 BlackBerry Device Software Policy and Profile Reference Guide (PDF)
BES10 BlackBerry Device Service Policy Reference Spreadsheet (XLSX)
BES10 Universal Device Service Advanced Administration Guide (PDF)

Please review the Postinstallation tasks section found in the BES10 Installation Guide (PDF).

    25. Can I transfer my SIM from my BlackBerry OS device to my BlackBerry 10 device?

BlackBerry OS devices use mini-SIMs. BlackBerry 10 devices use a newer, smaller SIM type. Contact your wireless service provider to receive the new SIM format. Do not modify an existing SIM to fit into a new device.

    26. How do you configure the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS)?

Please review our post,APNS Simplified. For more information, please review Apple Push Notification Service documentation located here.

For more information on overall configuration options, please review theBES10 Configuration Guide (PDF).

    29. Are BES10 v10.2 CALs required for use with BES10 v10.2 server software?

New BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.2 annual CALs are not required to use the BES10.2 software. We provided BES10.1 subscription CALs that were required to work with the BES10.1 server software, to accommodate a significant update to our infrastructure. These same CALs continue to work with BES10.2 and are available now. BES10.1 CALs work with BES10.1 and BES10.2 server software.

    30. What is the new BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 EMM Regulated CAL?

EMM Regulated CALs have been available for purchase since December 3rd, 2013 and are intended for use in countries where the Advanced SRV isn’t available. These CALs are for designed to accommodate situations where customers are unable to get Regulated data plans through their Wireless Carrier. Customers cannot Trade-Up or Upgrade to this Regulated CAL.

This CAL will enable the same EMM Regulated set of controls currently available via data plan. It can be used on Standard Smartphone data plans and requires BES10.2 Server software. Regulated Work Space only mode requires a minimum of device OS BlackBerry 10.1; Regulated Work Space and Balance mode requires a minimum of device OS BlackBerry 10.2.

    31. Will there continue to be Trial CALs available with BES10 v10.2?

Yes! BlackBerry will continue to offer 50 EMM Corporate CALs and 50 EMM Secure Work Space CALs for a 60 day trial. An EMM Regulated Trial CAL is not available at this time. DB:2.70:Setting Minimum Quantities dc

Can anyone tell me how to set a minimum quantity of ten items to purchase when they use a button?

    DB:2.70:Setting Minimum Quantities dc

    Hello HCC2010,

The only way to accomplish this with an HTML PayPal button is to add a drop down menu that is prefilled with the amounts of product available for order. When creating your button you can check the box to Add drop-down menu with price/option. You can have up to 10 fields in your drop-down menu for the button and yours, for example, would start with a quantity of 10 and the matching price.

    Hope this helps!

    Welcome to the boards!

For a standard Personal, Premier, or Business account, PayPal does not require that you have a minimum balance. You can keep a zero balance all year long, especially if you're a buyer!

Wait...stop...step 1 is exactly, that STEP 1...not completing it properly means not proceeding on to step 2, which also must complete properly before proceeding to step 3...these are not "options"...they are "steps"...

So let's stick with Step 1. You say you don't see what the KB instructs for that...OK, so what do you see?BTW--Ihavenowaytointerpretwhatyoumeanwhenyousay"etc."...IneedfulldescriptionsfromyousinceIcan't seewhatyousee.

Please try that KB again, and make sure you use the section that pertains to your specific BB OS:

KB23393How to check the model number and version of installed BlackBerry device software on a BlackBerry smartphone

Those menu options simply must be there...they are a core thing to BB functionality, so I am afraid you must be looking in perhaps the wrong place. If you detail out exactly what you do, then perhaps we can help get you on the right track.

Hi, Please, how can i make access and make use of Blackberry Balance? Thanks!

    DB:2.66:Blackberry Balance Hi,Plea fd

Your device must be connected to a BES10 server, usually in a work or corporate enterprise environment. If this is just your personal device then you will not get Balance. If your company has a BES10 server then you can get Balance.

    DB:2.63:Help xz

Hi and Welcome to the Community! Please provide a more complete description -- to tell us that your bluetooth "is not working" leaves us to, well, guess. Remember, we cannot see your BB. If you give us a full description of exactly the steps you attempt and exactly the results of each step, we can avoid the obvious first remedy recommendation (e.g., "is your BT radio turned on"?).As for checking your account balance, the same response would apply...but it also would not be relevant since that's usually a call or SMS that you send to your carrier...and they control that, so you'd need to ask them. (Sorry, I can't tell you who that is...in your profile, for your carrier, you said "non developer"...I'm pretty sure that's not any wireless service provider in the world).Good luck and let us know!

Is it possible to use a single CSS to load balance 3 different services (server farm) ? That mean the CSS need to advertise 3 VIP

    I'm thinking of two scenarios:

1 - configure the CSS to use 4 interfaces: 1 to public, 3 to private (each interface will plug-in to a different vlan/server farm)

2 - configure the CSS to use 2 interfaces: 1 to public, 1 to private (all 3 server farms are in the same vlan)

    Will both scenarios work ?

    Thanks

I currently have a $320 balance on my GoPhone account. This balance has grown over the years as I don't use my circa 2004phone that much. I do need to get a better more current phone withWiFi data capability for work.

I would like to apply my current balance towards a new ATT plan/phone. Is this something ATT can work with me on?

    Thanks.

DB:2.62:Using Balance To Purchase Other Att Products/Services xa

It's unlikely they would work with you to utilize the growing balance if you remain on a prepaid account - after all, it's in their best interest to have the free use of your money for an extended period of time.

However if you'd be interested in converting to post paid service, you can do so; so long as you have them convert the existing phone number to a post paid account type, you'll receive credit for your prepaid account balance on your first post paid billing statement. You do have to purchase a new device outright, so it won't help you there. But depending on the rate plan and additional services you select, $320 could potentially pay for a good portion of a year in post paid service.

Visit your local Corporate store to make the transition to post paid service, and above all else - do not let them start a new line of service for you (with a new phone number). Make certain they simply change your existing line of service/phone number to a post paid service account type. (If they start a new line of service/phone number it will be nearly impossible to rectify things and receive the credit you are due. )

Greetings, I have problems to download the Blackberry Browser. I wiped my blackberry in 3 times and it can not install the Blackberry browser. My blackberry only recognizes Internet Browser and I have many issues to download some links by example Facebook's links because it shows Disabled Form or links can only download using my blackberry. I sent more than 5 times Services Books to my blackberry but Blackberry Browser is not installed. I use desktop manager of Blackberry and also it's not installing the Blackberry Browser. I would like , how can I download the Blackberry Browser to my blackberry without Desktop Manager or Services Books ? I appreciate your help.

another option you may have is resettofactory

    start- run- type:

    cmd

    press enter

    type:

    cd c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

    press enter

    type:

    loader.exe /resettofactory

    press enter

    please perform a backup first

test your browser before you restore your backup, and to be ssafe I would do a selective restore

open DTM, go to backup/restore- advanced

    top left click on file-open

find your backup, it will load on the left side

you current working BB will be on the right side

transfer ONLY the absolute important databases from the left to the right(address, cal, phone logs, messages, sms, tasks, memo)... dont do any that you dont know and dont do any OPTIONS ones

You can still do a wired activation for a device on OS 4.5 on BIS dataplan.

DB:2.60:Paying Off Debt All At Once Vs Making Monthly Payments. f7

    Hello!

I have 4 cards total and they are all maxed out to their credit limits. My plan is to use my tax return to pay off one of my cards, and then use the monthly payment I used to pay for that card and add it to another card every month to pay that card off as well. I am wondering how it would affect my credit score if I paid off a debt all at once VS making payments to it every month for 12 months to pay it off. Would I increase my score farther by paying it all off all at once or paying it every month?

For Reference, here are my cards:

Card A Balance: 7,998.00 (Credit Limit: 8,100.00) Monthly minimum payment: 212.00

Card B Balance: 7,755.00 (Credit Limit: 8,000.00) Monthly minimum payment: 198.00

Card C Balance: 1,888.00 (Credit Limit: 2,000.00) Monthly minimum payment: 58.00

Card D Balance: 980.00 (Credit Limit: 1,000.00) Monthly minimum payment: 25.00

DB:2.60:Paying Off Debt All At Once Vs Making Monthly Payments. f7

If my understanding of the UTI% calculation is correct, any single card thats near maxed is going to ding you badly. So just paying one card down is not going to help scorewise. What I would do is spread that payment out across all the cards, and get each of them below 80% - ideally below 60% if possible. That will help your scoring the most, and as Robert pointed out, may prevent the creditors from lowering your limits. Then pay down the smallest and do the debt snowball.

If any of them have very high or low interst rates, that may be a factor to consider as well.

If you have BIS on your PAYG account, you also need an internet allowance. Every time you use BIS, you connect to the internet and without the internet allowance, you will be charged the daily rate of £1.00 per day. Even if you have one email pushed to your Blackberry, you will be charged £1.00.

If you opt into thetext and web Freebee andtop up £10, plus £5 for your BIS, you willbe able to get your text messages and internet access as a Freebee.

    Hi All,

Can any one help me to display all customer names whose available balance is less than minimum balance.

Ex: I have 3 minimum balance w.r.t 3 Account type I want to check which customer maintain minimum balance w.r.t these 3 acc type and minimum balance value.

I am confused about the approach.. I have used variable that holds total balance.. now I need to compare that with minimum balance and get corresponding customer name. what should be the expression? or approach?

    DB:2.58:Transfer Student Loan Balance? aj

I'm hoping someone smarter than me can convince me on what to do. I have $5500 in student loans at 7.35%. I could either pay this off in full in probably 3-4 months if I wanted to. I could continue making much more than the minimum monthly payment each month but continue incurring interest. Or I could transfer the balance to a Credit card for 0% apr and no balance transfer fee for 15 months. I could then use the $5500 and stick it in a 6% savings account (mango or momentum) or some type of index fund. So what I'm asking is should I just get rid of the loan within 3-4 months and get it out of my mind or should transfer the balance and not pay interest for 15 months and pay it all off then?

    DB:2.58:Transfer Student Loan Balance? aj

Honestly? Well - I'm going to assume, and jump in if I'm wrong, but these are private student loans, yes? I'm generally against doing what you're describing with federal loans, because you lose some important protections should something financially devastating happen. But with private loans, you don't have those protections anyway. This makes me a little more inclined to consider this. Private student loans are the devil...although it's also true that, as another poster says, "0% financing is where the devil lives." You could be merely trading one demon for another, really.

If you are 100% sure that you have enough safety net to pull this off (money in savings, etc.) then maybe this could work out. But be careful. Please.

I have trawled through the documentation and cannot find an answer. HELP would be most appreciated do I need the app to activate or not???

that app does not work on Full BES, you need a BES dataplan for Full BES.

Only Bes Express can use the cheaper BIS dataplan with that activation app.

Hi folks. I'm hoping someone can help me understand something. I currently have a personal BIS BB, and was quoted around £30/month to provision it for BES so I could use it for work as well.

With the advent of blackberry balance and BES10, if I wish to use a personal BlackBerry or PlayBook does that still apply? The features of Balance look great, but if it still requires the user to have a BES plan on a personal BB, wouldn't that kill BB in the BYOD arena?

    Thanks, Nik

DB:2.56:Blackberry Balance, Byod And Bes 1j

Hey nikgilbe,Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

This would depend on what you are using BlackBerry® Balance with, BlackBerry® Enterprise Server or BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express.

If you are using BlackBerry® Balance with a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server then you would require a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server service plan and if being used with BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express then a BlackBerry® Internet Service data plan would be required for theBlackBerry® smartphone.

You can find more information on BlackBerry® Balancehere:http://ca.blackberry.com/business/software/blackberry-balance.html#tab-1

    Hi cole16

Thanks for your post. We'll need to take a look at your price plan to see why the BlackBerry services are no longer working on your phone if all other services still are. This will be to do with the profile of your price plan rather than anything to do with bill payments. If your bill payments had restricted service then all services would not work.

Quick question for those of you with BofA cards: what is the monthly minimum payment? I was approved for the Better Balance Rewards card and in order to get the rewards you have to pay more than the monthly minimum. I assume that means you have to charge more than the monthly minimum as well.

    DB:2.56:Bofa Monthly Minimum 33

Most cards do a minimum payment on a balance of $25+.If your balance is less than 25,balance = min payment, if more, then the payment will be $25.this could vary by lender (and i am sure it does) but it should also be outlined in your TC sheet you get.

Current Balance should display Current Balance. Instead you have to look at the smaller print called "Outstanding Balance" to see what your Current Balance is. Balance info should be organized as follows:

    Current Period Payments/ Credits:

    Next Closing Date:

    Last Statement Recap:

    Statement Period: 10/01/2014 - 10/31/2014

Ignore current balance. Mine is always zero even with a $100k outstanding balance. I think it's cause I pay the card weekly. I really have no idea what it means / don't care.

To get your actual liability to Amex, you have to take the outstanding balance. Then, you have to expand the pending charges section and add them together.

Before I made any purchases, my minimum payment due said 0.00$. Then, I made a 5 dollar purchase, and now my minimum payment is 5.00$. I called customer service and they told me that my minimum payment depended on my balance. She said if it's 100$, then it would be 10$. So it's 10% of my balance. Going with that information, I went ahead and spent about 30 more dollars, and now I'm scared that my minimum payment is not going to be 10% of my balance, but rather the whole balance, because of what happened with my five dollar purchase. Can someone explain to me how this works? I'm very scared that she gave me the wrong information

If I were you, I would talk to customer service again and ask what your minimum payment is on the $35. You won't get the same person, and they're the best to answer that question. If you have more than one question, write them down before you talk to anyone. Don't be afraid to ask them anything, that's what they're there for, and it's their job. There is no "dumb" question to them. I hope this helps!
