    DB:3.61:Tns-12571:Tns Packet Writer Failure 8x

    Hello Oracle Gurus,

    Our Oracle 9i database is hosted somewhere else and is behind the firewall. When accessing this database through TOAD, even after 2 minutes of inactivity, we get the "TNS-12571: TNS Packet writer failure" and we have to reconnect to the database again. This occurs in all of the client machines. The Oracle 9i database's firewall is open for the ip address from which we are using TOAD/SQL*Plus.

    Is there any configuration that needs to be changed on the Oracle Client or server side to solve this issue? I appreciate your help.

    Thanks,
    Saku

    Hi,

    you can set sqlnet_expire_time option in sqlnet.ora file on the database server and set the time less than 2 mins. This to identify if the problem is because of some firewall configuration or other network related issue which causes the onnection to die.

    this parameter should keep all the client connection alive but results in extra trafic.

    Ora-12541: TNS: No Listener
    Then it connects.

    you should create a new listner from listner confrigation.
    As per your database requirements.
    Also check paging size of your server, is it competable with RAM?
    Check the firewall setting with the network.

    Hi Ravi

    Metalink note 304625.999 discuss a similar issue. Few possibilities that were discussed include

    1. The OS account responsible for starting Oracle Service not having proper privileges.
    2. Some Antivirus software causing this.
    3. Some Third Party Backup Tool.

    Wish I could help you more but I can't. Someone will take over from here.

    2. you can not open the standby database unless you open it in failover or swithover mode. once you open the standby database in read/write ,it will loose its identity. you will have to again re-build your standby. it has to be in the auto recovery mode at mount stage so that whatever changes happening at primary stage same will be appled at standby and are in sync.
    acceptional when you come to 11g you can open the database in read mode and still you will be able to keep in auto recovery mode.

    Check database status, can you open a non TNS connection, directly from OS? Check the processes instance parameters.
    This error means some resource, at os or db level is exhausted.
    I additionally suggest you to format the trace output with the trcasst utility, so it can be in a more readable format.

    DB:3.06:Natd[Pid]: Failed To Write Packet Back (No Route To Host) 7s

    Hello,

    I have a client version of 10.6.4, acting as a gateway server with IPFW2, NATD, DHCP3, DNS services running. I've had this setup working reliably for many years now (with all different versions of Mac OS X Client). My server has two ethernet interfaces:

    en3: for the LAN (192.168.0.x)
    en4: for the WAN (static IP from ISP)

    [for the record en0 is the ethernet jack - which is fried, en1 is the airport which I don't use, en2 is lost in the ether somewhere (pun intended) from when I had a different USB-Ethernet adapter]

    It seems that I have a natd problem. I constantly get this error in the /var/log/system.log:

    natd[PID]: failed to write packet back (No route to host)
    natd[PID]: failed to write packet back (No route to host)
    natd[PID]: failed to write packet back (No route to host)
    natd[PID]: failed to write packet back (No route to host)
    natd[PID]: failed to write packet back (No route to host)
    natd[PID]: failed to write packet back (No route to host)

    And neither the gateway, nor the clients that it serve can connect to the internet.

    When I run the Network Utility.app and view the en4 interface, I can see that there are many more (magnitudes more) received packets than sent packets. Traffic on the LAN (and on the en3 interface) is fine (as long as the traffic is LAN only).

    I have solved the problem with the following script:

    #!/bin/sh
    killall natd
    sleep 15
    /usr/sbin/natd -f /etc/natd.conf
    exit 0

    But I have to manually run this script after every restart. I've tried to load it at startup automatically, but that doesn't work (maybe because services load in parallel, and natd is starting too soon).

    Anyone know how I can fix this so that it doesn't happen anymore? This situation makes off-site restarting of the server impossible (as infrequent as that may be).

    Thank you in advance.

    I´m working with EDK 12.1 and a Spartan SP601 board. I worked for a while with small c-Projects with SDK and debugging via the on-board USB-JTAG. With another (bigger) project I can not download the elf-file to the board.

    (after that in a message box)

    I already tried a .gdbinit file with the following entries:

    Any ideas?

At the end of the installation, Net8 is successfully configured and then I follow the prompts for the creation of a database. It errors out during the Database Creation Process when "Initializing Database" with an ORA-12571: TNS: packet writer failure.

    Subsequent attempts to create a new database independently of the installation procedure generate the same error.

    I've tried downloading a new install zip file and installing again, with the same results.

    I'm stuck and would appreciate any assistance.

    Thanks.

    If you weren't shutting down the database, this was probably a transient failure. If it recurs, you'll want to enable SQL*Net tracing to diagnose the root cause.

    As far as shutting down the database before rebooting, if this is a production database, then you absolutely should be shutting down Oracle before rebooting. If this is a development database, it is probably less critical.

    DB:2.80:Fresh Leopard Install Grinds To A Halt - Please Help! kd

    Hi all,

    I'm having some serious problems with Leopard server on a new Xserve and this latest issue I can't figure out. Fresh install of Leopard, connected to Active Directory, running the AD-OD 'magic triangle'. All that is working well.

    However, the longer the server is up for, the slower it becomes - and this is without anyone using it! Over the course of a day, shell access in the terminal from my admin machine goes from being instantaneous to sluggish, then after returning from the weekend there was no response after 20 minutes of trying. DHCP service also seemed to be dead - no new addresses were being handed out. Server had to be rebooted and then access was instant again.

    I get the feeling that there's something not quite right with my network setup, but I don't know what. The server is connected by link aggregate (4x 1Gbps connections) to the local network, while the two ports on the Xserve motherboard are connected to the university system for internet access. I used the Gateway Setup Assistant to configure the networking (internal 192.168.1.x) for NAT, DHCP, Firewall, VPN, DNS...

    Looking back through the log files, this is what starts to appear:

    Does anyone have any clues? There's a DNS system running on the university network, which is what the DHCP clients are pointing towards, but of course this will have no knowledge of our internal 192.168.1.x network. Should I be configuring the server in the DNS service in Server Admin? Or is this looking like an entirely different kind of problem?

    Any suggestions would be very gratefully received!

    Thanks,

    Andy.

    DB:2.80:Fresh Leopard Install Grinds To A Halt - Please Help! kd

    Update #2...

    I've managed to come up with a workaround for all these problems, although it's a bit long-winded. I shifted our network onto the 172.16.10.* range (didn't help the problem, just better practice as I'm running a VPN too) and pointed the client machines to look at our gateway box for DNS resolution.

    I then configured BIND on the gateway to use OpenDNS servers, but revert to using the university DNS service should any requests come in for the Active Directory domain (using the primary / secondary DNS features). This prevents the lock-ups, but retains the ability to connect to AD correctly when required.

    All working very well so far - a whole classes of AD / OD mixed users are logging in simultaneously and not having any problems.

    Hope this helps someone else out! Please ask if you require any further details.

    Andy.

    Hi,

    I have installed Net8 and SQL*Plus from 8.0.5 on SuSE Linux 6.0.
    Using SQL*Plus from Linux to a Server V7.3.4.2 on Win NT works
    OK, but using it against a Server V7.3.4.0.1 on Solaris 2.6
    gives the error
    ORA-12162: TNS: service name is incorrectly specified

    The listener logfile on the Solaris server shows that tnsping
    and the connection startup from SQL*Plus go through.
    The connection string traced by the listener looks the same
    as when connecting to the same instance from a HP-UX client.

    The Linux client logfile cli.trc contains the following error

    Hello Everyone

    DB:2.76:Pdc External Time Sync Error - Packet Test 6 Failed ma

    Fascinating posting, Necati. I have some questions:When you say Make sure your Hyper-V host is not a domain member of your virtual domain controller acting as PDC emulator. (generates possible time looping.), I presume you mean so long as that DC is recieving time from that same host -- is that right? Because we need our hosts to be domain members so SCVMM can work.Also, I can't find any documentation on sc config vmictimesync depend= w32time and I'm unclear as to what it does. If I understand the general approach, though, I gather you recommend that:- All guests have host integration services time sync turned ON-VM hosts sync to external time sources (like DCs would otherwise)- All non-DC guests have time synch as domainmembers, get time from both hosts and DCs- All DC guests have time synch as VM guests, get time only from hostsIs that correct?/kenw

    We perform a cold backup (shutdown the instance, backup files to tape, then restart the instance) every weekend. Every Monday morning the first .NET application that uses ODP produces an "ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure" error. When the same application executes again (or any other ODP application), the error does not appear.

    We are using version 9.2.0.2.102 of ODP. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

    DB:2.76:Ora-12571: Tns:Packet Writer Failure ca

    You can call ClearPool or ClearAllPools on the connection object, which will recycle your pool. Most admins call this after they bounce the DB.

    The other solution is to use RAC with Fast Connection Failover by setting HA Events = true in the connection pool. You must have RAC to use this attribute.

    en0 is on top of the interfacelist in Network config?

    Router IP (your Internet router LAN IP, 10.0.0.1 ?) is only filled in in en0 config (I know the assistant fills in both interfaces but leave en1 router field empty) ?

    In your Internet router (if NAT is OFF in OS X server) you need a static route back to 192.168.1.0/24 network (or whatever 192.168.xxx.xxx net it was you used) with 10.0.0.10 as gw.

    Why do you need this routing anyway?
    You already have a NAT router between your server and Internet.

    Thanks.

    DB:2.70:Ora-12571: Tns:Packet Writer Failure 1c

    Hi,

    This is usually due to an improper sqlnet.ora setting. Here are some possible causes and remedies:

    - Loose network cables. This error has been observed when there was a loose cable connection to the SCSI disk array (on an Oracle Parallel Server system). Related errors were also subsequently noted in the NT event log.
    - IP address conflict (Oracle 9.0.1).
    - Authentication services. One solution is to edit the sqlnet.ora file and change the line:

    SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)
    to
    SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE)

    Try this solution.
    btw. on internet is too many articles reg this error.

    Regards,
    Tom

    I am currently running my web application (IIS 5.0) using an 8.1.7.4 client agianst an 8.1.7.4 server. I am using MSDAORA for most of the data access and OraOLEDB.ORACLE for use with CLOBs and REFCURSORs.
    My question is, I need to upgrade my server to 9i but retain the client at 8.1.7.4. I ran into errors when access CLOBs using the oracle driver. I am getting the following error
    ORA-12571: TNS: packet writer failure
    Is there a solution to the above problem ?
    Will there be a problem using the 8i client against 9i server ?

    Thanks

    I am receiving a problem on Oracle 9i server against 8i client. This has happened after migrating 8i server to 9i

    I get the following error on an asp page accessing Oracle 9i server:

    ROW-00054: Cannot load the library
    O/S-Error: (OS 126) The specified module could not be found.

    The line at which I was getting the error on the asp page was:
    rs.cursorLocation = aduseServer

    I changed it to:
    rs.cursorLocation = aduseClient
    Now it is working.

    However aduseServer is working on Oracle 8i server...Can anybody please help me why aduseServer is not working on Oracle 9i server....

    There is no Oracle 10i.

    Do your version of TOAD and Oracle client installation support MERGE?

    Typically in large companies it isn't anyone's job to synchronise the desktop software with the database server until a lot of people complain.

    Please help me! Very urgent...

    DB:2.64:Ora-12571 ds

    ORA-12571 indicates a broken connection between the Oracle client and the server. This could be (as Justin points out) due to a temporary network glitch or due to the death of a server process. In either case, the client side marks the connection as broken and in this case has cleaned up the assosciated data structures. Further operations return ORA-1041 as as result.
    The only option at this point is to reestablish the connection to the server from your application or restart the application. Check any kind of memory leak, handle leak, etc. especially when you have a long running process.

    It could be problem on the database side. Did you try from a different client machine to see if it's just your machine?

    You could do a loopback test on the database machine to see if it's working okay.

    Hi folks, I'm on NT 4.0 SP6 and I'm trying to install the Personal Edition of Oracle 9i with General Purpose database and the Database Configuration Assistant displays error "ORA-12571: TNS PACKET WRITER FAILURE".

    I've read a lot here in the installation forum; I've tried installing from the /install/win32/setup.exe, I've
    tried different database types, running the DCA standalone after the install, and I still get this error.

    I beleive my system specs are adequate, ie. disc space, memory, cpu, etc...;

    Also, in the beginning of the install it tells me that I should have MTS (Microsoft Transaction Server) installed. Is this true? Do I really need MTS for a 'personal edition', non-networked version of 9i?

    Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    Additionally:
    I saw someone respond that Personal Edition was only for
    Windows 98. I don't beleive that this is true. I know folks that have it installed on XP and 2000, as well as 98.

    There seems to be a lot of problems with DCA posted in the installation forum. Why doesn't Oracle fix it so it works right?

    Many thanks for this forum.

    Don't tell me to re-install, I've done that like 6 times already. I've check the tnsnames.ora files and tried that fix already. I don't know what else to try short of fdisk and redoing everything from scratch again, but I don't have time for that as this machine is used daily for other tasks.

    Any help or suggestions are appreciated!!!

    Thx in advance!
    Michelle.

Your one line of help for ORA-12571 in the existing support files is rather similar to the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy's info for Earth... After seeing how many people have posted about this problem and how few resources or real answers there are out there, you might want to consider updating the info on this error, because is deserves something more than "mostly harmless"!

    Not sure where to post this, so trying for the general forum to start...

    I have also searched and read all the forums for help on this already as well the Oracle documentation and anything I could find from several on-line searches, etc.

    DB:2.58:Can't Populate Blob... cf

    I'm using VB6, Oracle 8.1.6, The Oracle 8.1.6.2 OLE DB driver and ADO 2.5. I can populate all other fields in the table, but I can only put nulls in the BLOB. This occurs using OraOLEDB.Oracle as the provider.
    I get error: ORA-12571 TNS: Packet Writer Failure.

    But, if I go into Access 97 and link the Oracle table, then open it as an Access recordset, I have no problem writing text data to BLOB. Gotta be a driver problem.

    DB:2.58:Can't Populate Blob... cf

    Since you're using the Oracle OLE DB provider, I'd suggest that you post this question to the OLE DB forum.

    Note that I recently posted code that walks through BLOB and CLOB stuff to this forum-- I believe it contains both ODBC and OLE DB paths...

    DB:2.57:9i On Nt 4.0 Sp6 Dca Error Ora-12571 Creating And Starting Oracle Instance ds

    Hi folks, I'm on NT 4.0 SP6 and I'm trying to install the Personal Edition of Oracle 9i with General Purpose database and the Database Configuration Assistant displays error "ORA-12571: TNS PACKET WRITER FAILURE".
    I can't get through the db configuration; All else appears
    to install well. I looked up this error and it says to contact Oracle support.

    I've read a lot here in the installation forum; I've tried installing from the /install/win32/setup.exe, I've
    tried different database types, running the DCA standalone after the install, and I still get this error.

    I beleive my system specs are adequate, ie. PIII, disc space, memory, cpu, etc...;

    I apologize for not being able to test out this scenario, but we're still in the planning stages to see if we even want to purchase RAC.

    Since TAF allows a SELECT statement to failover to a surviving node, but a transaction's state does not, what happens in the following scenario:

    A user in Oracle Forms UPDATEs some data, has not committed, and then executes a SELECT statement against a VALID VALUES table when the node they're connected to goes down. Since a SELECT statement was in progress, is there no error message returned, and so the user thinks their application has retained it's state?

    I got this information from:
    http://www.quest-pipelines.com/newsletter-v5/0404_A.htm

    It sounds like if you're doing anything other than a SELECT, you'd get one of the following errors:

    ORA-01012: not logged on to Oracle
    ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress
    ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
    ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress no operations are permitted

    I've seen there is another thread in this forum regarding
    "ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure"
    caused by ODP.NET. But it seems a dead thread. So I post this new topic.

    During normal utilization of database (without shutdown and restart of DB instance) from ASP.NET pages of web application, it happens (sometimes, it is not deterministic) that execution of
    Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleDataAdapter.Fill (that executes Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleCommand.ExecuteReader)
    raises
    [OracleException: ORA-12571: TNS: packet writer failure]

    The version of ODP.NET I'm using is 9.2.0.2.102. Is there a known bug that affects ODP.NET and causes ORA-12571?

    Thank to everyone that could help me

    DB:2.55:Ora-12571: Tns: Packet Writer Failure c3

    Found that thread:

    ***
    ODP.NET 920401 introduced the concept of validating a connection before giving it to an application. Of course, it is expensive and should be used wisely. An excerpt from the Readme:

    ODP.NET has introduced a new connection string attribute "validate connection" that should be set to true in order to validate connections coming out of the pool. By default, this property is set to false.

    Note that validation causes a round trip to the database for each connection coming out of the pool, which is very expensive in terms of performance.
    Therefore, this attribute should be used only if absolutely necessary.

    This error was there till 12:42 AM and then got resolved by itself.

    I checked for the gaps in the morning.. but there were no gaps as well.

    What may be the possible causes for the error?

    HI everybody

    I'm a DBA ORACLE 8i
    I installed ORacle 8.1.6 in differents ORacle Home
    I previously installed Discoverer, then I installed ORacle Enterprise Manager 8.1.6.
    The installer configures the listener and tnsnames.
    I use the Net 8 assistant to configure both archives but when I try to test my Names Service, the assistants shows me: Connecting...ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
    The test did not succeed.

    I don't think the problem is Names Service configuration

    Questions:
    Is the listener.ora which is damage o incorrect?
    Is the service Oracletnslistner the real problem?
    Is the database dedicated mode which is causing problems?
    I red the log listener in subdirectory log and I see this information:

    Are you actually USING Oracle Names or just TNSNAMES or host naming ? If you haven't set up Oracle Names [ it is not the default ] then it will not work.

    DB:2.51:9i On Nt 4.0 Sp6 Dca Error Ora-12571 Creating And Starting Oracle Instance x7

    I beleive my system specs are adequate, ie. disc space, memory, cpu, etc...;

    You lost your connection to the instance. Could be a network problem,
    intentional restart of the database, etc. Restarting the servers reconnects
    to the database. You may want to look at another message thread in this
    group on this issue. Has a couple of ideas of how to deal with it. Look for
    "Restart Oracle 8 - Tux 7.1 connections".

    DB:2.50:Ora-12571 Tns : Packet Writter Failure 3j

    Hi all,
    When I try to connect the DBA Studio (in the WIN 2000 SP 3), client of Oracle , the error message is
    "ORA-12571 : TNS : Packet writer failure."

    But in the TNSNAME.ORA file is working fine. meaning SQL*Plus and other Oracle client can connect.

    Only the GUI application(like DBA Studio,enterprise manager) are giving this error.

    How can I solve this ploblem?

    Thanks.

    DB:2.50:Ora-12571 Tns : Packet Writter Failure 3j

    yes I few more tnsnames.ora file other directory for other version and application.

    For this same version HOME directory, only one file is there.
    so, SQL*Plus is connecting by using this file , but not for GUI applications.(DBA studio,Enterprise manager)

    DB:2.49:How To Reinject Packet Into Loopback Address At Transport Layer ? mk

    Hi,

    I am trying to write a Local TCP Packet Proxy Driver, Which Redirect Common Packets to Loopback address and new port
    (eg. 192.168.1.30:80 -- 127.0.0.1:200).
    I am doing this on the Machine Which runs a user mode Server Program, and that Program listens on port 200.
    Following is What I do:

    1. [SYN]
    Layer: FWPM_LAYER_INBOUND_TRANSPORT_V4
    Original Packet:
    [192.168.1.24:4875] -- [192.168.1.30:80]
    Change source/destination IP and destination port, Reinject to loopback,
    New Packet:
    [127.0.0.1:4875] -- [127.0.0.1:200]

    2. [SYN-ACK]
    Layer: FWPM_LAYER_OUTBOUND_TRANSPORT_V4
    Original Packet:
    [127.0.0.1:200] --- [127.0.0.1:4875]
    Change source/destination IP and destination port, Reinject,
    New Packet:
    [192.168.1.30:80] --- [192.168.1.24:4875]

    Unfortunately, I Failed in Step 1. Here is the Code Snippet:

    static const UINT8 IPV4_LOOPBACK_ADDRESS[] = {0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x7F};

    netBuffer = NET_BUFFER_LIST_FIRST_NB(clonedNetBufferList);

    // Advance to the beginning of the transport header (i.e. TCP header).
    NdisAdvanceNetBufferDataStart(
    netBuffer,
    packet-ipHeaderSize,
    FALSE,
    NULL
    );

    tcpHeader = (TCP_HEADER*)NdisGetDataBuffer(
    netBuffer,
    sizeof(TCP_HEADER),
    NULL,
    sizeof(UINT16),
    0
    );
    if (NULL == tcpHeader)
    {
    goto Exit;
    }
    tcpHeader-destPort = packet-newPort; // Change the dst port

    NdisRetreatNetBufferDataStart(
    netBuffer,
    packet-ipHeaderSize,
    0,
    NULL
    );

    status = FwpsConstructIpHeaderForTransportPacket(clonedNetBufferList,
    packet-headerIncludeSize,
    AF_INET,
    (UCHAR*)IPV4_LOOPBACK_ADDRESS, // when I use Local address as src addr dst addr,
    (UCHAR*)IPV4_LOOPBACK_ADDRESS, // the driver works fine (192.168.1.30)
    IPPROTO_TCP,
    packet-endpointHandle,
    0,
    0,
    0,
    0,
    packet-interfaceIndex, // try set to 1, NOT working
    packet-subInterfaceIndex // try set to -1, NOT working
    );

    // the return value is OK, NOT A ERROR.
    if (!NT_SUCCESS(status))
    {
    goto Exit;
    }

    status = FwpsInjectTransportReceiveAsync0(
    gInjectionHandle,
    NULL,
    NULL,
    0,
    AF_INET,
    packet-compartmentId,
    packet-interfaceIndex, // try set to 1, NOT working
    packet-subInterfaceIndex, // try set to -1, NOT working
    clonedNetBufferList,
    DDProxyInjectComplete,
    (HANDLE)packet
    );

    // Again, the return value is OK.
    if (!NT_SUCCESS(status))
    {
    goto Exit;
    }

    Those two Function return OK, but I Can't Get any thing in the FWPM_LAYER_OUTBOUND_TRANSPORT_V4 Layer, No SYN-ACK Packet.
    And in the DDProxyInjectComplete Function, netBufferList-Status is OK too.

    To Find out What is going on, I Add several Filter to the Following Layer:

    FWPM_LAYER_INBOUND_TRANSPORT_V4_DISCARD
    FWPM_LAYER_INBOUND_IPPACKET_V4
    FWPM_LAYER_INBOUND_IPPACKET_V4_DISCARD

    But I can't get any thing about That [SYN] packet. I can capture other Loopback Packets, so I thought the code works.

    In the SYN Reinjection, I try to Change Packet interfaceIndex subInterfaceIndex to Loopback value(1 -1), but I Get the
    same result.

    I am aware that someone encounters the similar problem (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/wfp/thread/cc8ef307-9e1c-4c26-b46a-d31cdaaff8c5),
    But the solution is unclear and it doesn't work here.
    TIA.

    Best regards,
    Jake

    DB:2.49:How To Reinject Packet Into Loopback Address At Transport Layer ? mk

    Recv: inject from/to a loopback address will not be accepted by the tcpip stack as if such an packet arrives from the wire.
    Is that true ?

    DB:2.49:Ora-12571: Tns: Packet Writer Failure With Asp .Net 4.0 sa

    Hello everyone! I really need urgent help here!
    I have an ASP .NET Web Application (4.0) and when someone makes an insert or update operation in any page, the Oracle Client returns this message:

    Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleException ORA-12571: Packet writer failure

    The real issue is that this error doesn't show eveytime, it only shows when the user opens the page, wait some minutes and makes the operation. When the user opens the page and immediatly makes the operation, everithing goes well.

    I have tried everything: reistall the client, try with the Web site in another server, disabling the antivirus in the server and specifying the database server in TSNAMES.ORA file. Nothing works! The error keeps displaying eventually!

    What else can I do?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi gurus,
    When we try to compile a large function from windows client (Toad or sqlplus) in a database (Oracle 11g) installed on a Red Hat server, we receive the following

    When we try to compile the same function from sqlplus in the server, we haven't any problem,even from other Linux server in the same network.

    I am trying to create a new database instance on Oracle 9.2 server. Get this error message while database creation. Two other database instances that are already created have no such problems. Is this problem related to network performance? Can I change any parameters to get rid of this problem? Please help!

    Thank you.
