    After being told these work together and purchasing them together at Sony Online, I am now being told that they are not compatible by Support. None of the customized adapters that mate the camera to shell match up for the TX10. It also appears that the TX10 uses a different touch screen technology from the TX9/TX5 and cannot be activated by the rubber fingers of the adapters. Putting the camera in "housing mode" does not help. Combining the "G" and "H" adapters seems to allow the TX10 to be turned on and to snap pictures, but all other zoom and touch screen functions are unavailable.

    Does anyone know if there are plans to support this underwater housing for the TX10? (why is there a camera housing mode and no housing?) or is there a third party housing available? It seems like having a "water resistant" camera like the TX10 is a natural to use in a dive housing, because it would probably be able to surive the unavoidable small leak. The marketing guys should love it.

    I need to decide if I should return the housing. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Please note that my business is indeed an established one and should generate a decent profit for anyone who is interested. Also note that the rezzer device will derezz all houses after 30 minutes of being rezzed automatically so the store will not take up more than 50 prims total when a home is not rezzed (it will not be rezzed most of the time).

    I have been using this method from the start of my business and I have found it to be more beneficialto both myself and my landlord. I say this because of the following reasons:

    1. This takes up little space (around 50 prims)on the landlord's land and he may even rent the land on the ground to another tenant if he/she wishes to do so. So the landlord can collect rent from more than just one tenant on the same patch of land. He may also rent other platforms above and below mine to other merchants if hewants and this would increase the amount of revenue being produced by that particular parcel.

    2. The commission received from the sales via my vendor may even exceed the amount of rent that I would have paid if I had used the conventional method of obtaining land. This happened with my previous landlord before he decided to leave Second life and devote more time to his Real life (Sometimes commissions amounted to 2 times that of the actual value of the parcel).

    3. My store will also increase the traffic on the landlord's land making it more visible in search.

    4. It relieves me if the burden of having to worry about the next date that the rent should be paid considering that I may not be able to log on at that time due to my rather busy schedule in RL.

    5. Landlord may receive daily commissions as opposed to receiving weekly or monthly payments using the conventional method.

    There is a threshold limit of Rs.1,80,000/- for deduction of TDS on rent, now the problem is at the time of accounting AP invoice for this month rent TDS is calculating on value of Rs.2,11,876/- (ie jun13 rent 30000+jul13 rent 62000-jul13 reversed (ap credit memo)62000+jul13 new entry passed for jul13 rent 60000+aug13 rent 60000)
    Actually it should consider for deduction of TDS for Rs.1,50,000/- (ie.jun13 rent 30000+jul13 rent 60000+aug13 rent 60000)
    hence there should not be any TDS deduction in this month also, but it is calculating TDS without considering AP Credit memo.

    please help me this problem.

    Yes. I have tried this scenario. As the Invoices are added and once the 'Threshold' is crossed, system starts deducting the TDS. It does not consider 'Credit Memo' amount. Hence 'Adjustment Entry' option can be used.

    For the Housing and the Transportation I am using the people group key flex field, some values will determine if the employee is eligible for the Housing Transportation or Housing only or Transportation only.

    The Housing and the Transportation are Related to Grade Rate, each Grade has a Specific Amount.

    A formula will check what is the value for the People KFF and then it will call another Formula to pay the correct amount (Housing or Transportation) based on the grade.

    For the Salary I am using the Salary Administration.

    I defined a control budget with the following:

    1 Controlled Budget.
    2 Primary Entity is Position.
    3 Budget Measurement Money Then FTE.
    4 Budget Elements are Basic Salary, Housing Transportation. Type is Commitment.

    After I Enter the Salary Amount I am getting a warning Message with the right Figures of the remaining Budget. For the Housing and the Transportation whenever I change the values I am not getting any message.

    How Can I Make the Budget Validate the Housing and the Transportation just like the Salary?

    For an employee, Basic Wage amount will be entered, whereas Housing will be calculated based on Basic Amount (Basic + 10% of Basic).

    I've used Local Members for calculating the Housing. Now I want to update the same in my Cube. Basic alone got updated... Any posiblity of sending the Housing value via BADI or Script ???

    Anyways, I was looking at the capital one app, and I noticed there's an option for "own/rent/other" but there isn't any field for monthly housing costs like there has been in almost every other loan app I've seen in my life. Do they not factor that much then I'm assuming? Just curious.

    Interesting question and I don't know: I would've assumed that when you hit the button for whatever you would've had the option of putting in your rent.

    That said, if they don't want to know that you have a $2600/mo rent, take the money and run so to speak . Personally I find C1 to be wierd for an auto-lender but they work for a number of people.

    Since the housing market is going through such a tough time, do you think many sellers would do a rent with option to buy? How does something like that usually work? I know this isn't directly a mortgage question, but is some what related.

    Lease-to-purchase's usually benefit the seller in a down market and the buyer in an up market, because you usually agree to lock into a price when you enter the contract - so if values have fallen since you've entered the contract, and you've locked at a price above values, then you could easily lose your deposit.You could have it open-ended with a neutral appraisal when you want to excercise your option, but that's leaving things open to interpretation at that time. If you are trying to accumulate a down payment for permanent financing later you will have to pay fair market rent and then money on top of that. Like Brian pointed out, some of sellers who are trying the lease-to-purchase are underwater on their mortgages themselves, and are just using this as a way to collect an upfront large sum of money along with a little higher rents, all while not making their mortgage payments and walking away never to be heard of again - once the bank takes the home back, you are out. So, check out the person you are getting into contract with as much as they are checking you out. As a landlord, this would be my favorite way to rent, you have someone living in the home and treating it as if it were their own, then on top of that they paid me a large sum of money up front to buy the home at a later date which they may or may not be able to do, and also paid me a little bit more each month than the normal rent as well.

Before the latter items arrived the phone worked fine, just the screen cracked and the buttons a bit off kilter. Today my new housing arrived and i happily changed it all over, and now the phone won't start at all.. so i put the old housing back on, and i have the same problem.     I keep hearing about Debt to Income ratio and how it affects auto loan chances. Of course I know score does too but my concern is more DTI for this specific question.

    How exactly does DTI work?

    We live in military housing that takes all of BAH. Does that count towards it? We have no credit debt, a 13k truck loan with a $240 payment at 72 months. (I can pay this off anytime). Other than that..no other debt. Groceries, cable/internet, car insurance, etc are our only payments.

    I ask because I wanted a 30K auto loan and at the time USAA wouldnt budge from 25k due to credit balances too high. Well I paid them off and now just waiting for them to show up on my report before I go and apply again for an auto loan. Any chance that I could get one? Or would DTI still be too much because of BAH Base housing rent?

    if it helps, husband is an E5, we live in San Diego and not only does he get his base pay and BAS but he gets a little over 1K for special pays. I was trying to do a DTI calculator and with full BAH rent and then the one car payment..it looks like our DTI is high when really we have more than enough to pay for a second car payment.

    Oh and our bank is USAA but signed up just the other day with NFCU.

    Have somehow managed to get a Scratch on the front of my N82 it goes from the screen which is protected by the screen protector right down through the word "Nokia" to the top of the D-Pad.

    I would like to replace the Housing to get rid of the Scratch but cannot find any replacement housing for sale for this phone.

    DON'T DO IT!!! My N82 was in a pretty bad cosmetic state but as it was out of contract and warranty I thought i'd give one of those cheapy jobs from ebay a go. Now my phone is bricked! Useless. Changing the housing on this phone is way too invasive to be a quick cosmetic improvement. I have a choice now, pay a small fortune for my local Nokia care point to repair it or (more likely) get myself a new phone. A hard lesson learned being as I liked my N82. Still, the N97 looks like being my latest phone in a day or two.

    I seem to be having the same issue as yourself when looking for a specific underwater housing for this model of camcorder. However, it may be possible to purchase a universal camcorder housing as long as you measure the exact dimensions of your camcorder. I have seen that there is a company called Aquatix which manufactures these housings as well as a few other possibilities - if you put 'Aquatix' or 'Universal Underwater Camcorder Housing' into Google you will be able to see further information about these.

    I am facing this peculiar problem:

    We have 4 wage types for House Rent Allowance.

    0300House Rent All.(Variable)

    0310House Rent All.(20%)

    0320House Rent All.(25%)

    0330House Rent All.(30%)

    But the Housing Infotype 0581 is considering only one wage type 0310 out of these 4 in its eligibility wage type for HRA Exemption.

    Thus the employees who have 0310 WT for HRA are getting exemption and the others are not. All other enteries in 0581 remaning the same for these i.e. rented acco,rent amount, check on hra to be tax exempt.

    The difference exists in the eligibility WT in IT0581 which is visible when I see the overview of IT0581.

    How can eligibility WT in IT0581 be made the same as the WT being used to pay HRA to the employee? OR is there any other way to proceed.

    We have a requirement for processing rent agreements:

    I think all below points can't be available by using Invoicing plan. Is there any posibility or any other functionality can be used, by which we can address most of the points.

    The foll. Points to be considered :

    1. The terms of agreement differ from lease to other (e.g.: 3 yrs for one lease 10 yrs for other)

    2.Payment clause is not fixed , it may be

    Payable on the same month

    Advance Rental

    Quarterly Payment

    Succeeding Month

    3.The system should have the option of entering the escalation clause ( increase in rent) for each line item, so that the same gets automatically calculated as when it is due.

    4.The employees have the option to do swapping of House to another, hence there will be change in GL Code/Cost Centre on case to case basis.

    5. Termination notice will be given for some lease even before date of expiry in case of resignation etc., hence the same has to be considered.

    6u2022TDS rate may also differ for some vendors, based on their Individual capacities, the system should factor for the same

    7u2022It is a practice that whenever a new lease is entered, we pay advance rental in addition to Security Deposit which is adjusted during the course of rent payment. Hence the system should factor indicate the completion of advance rental,( e.g.: if three months advance rental is paid for particular lease agreement say from Apr-Jun, while processing Rent for Jul08, the system should automatically calculate the rent for the subsequent months should provide the adjustment based on the clause given for the same)

    8u2022As a policy month on month, we do all changes in the Rent format as per the requirements of the client send the same to client for approval, the system should factor for the same to get auto approval once the recurring entry is generated.

    9u2022There are some cases where in the rent paid is more than HRA claimed by Expat, in those cases, we account the extent of difference as Staff advance, hence the same should be considered while designing Recurring Entry.

    10u2022We also give personnel number for all expat employee housing rental payments, the system should capture the same in recurring entry.

    11u2022The recurring entry should have a check on the expiry of contract, should not allow entering the rent for subsequent months until extension or termination is claimed.

    12u2022Also there are other regular recurring payments like Rent works, Electricity, Bharti Airtel, Fireball Securities etc., need to check whether all these can be formulated as recurring entries month on month.

    I have a new 2.5 inch SSD of a different brand which I would like to image via USB before installing it into a new computer. My question is, would it be possible once I remove the HDDs from the MyBook housing to use it simply as a SATA-to_USB adapter and save myself the trouble of buying an adapter sepcifically for that purpose, or is the housing designed to only read WD drives that have been formatted to work with that WD external housings? Would the housing interface autoformat my drive and make it unusable as the boot drive of my computer? Any other issues that I had not considered?

    3. Once you maintain info type 0581 there is some back end program where system will read HRA info type and will consider tax exempted which is lowest amount i.e

    Housing(HRA / CLA / COA) Infotype (0581) DefinitionThis infotype stores information on employee housing.
    UseUse the Housing (HRA / CLA / COA) infotype (0581) to capture details on the employee housing. In this infotype, you can also capture details of any furniture or domestic help provided to the employee by the company.
    While computing exemptions and perquisites on employee housing, the system also refers to the data maintained in this infotype.
    Structure The Housing Details section of the infotype has an option for you to choose the Accomodation Type. The type of accommodation availed by the employee determines the tax computation on housing. The system computes an exemption on Rented Accommodation, and a perquisite on Company Leased Accommodation (CLA), Company Owned Accommodation (COA) or Perkable Hotel Accommodation.
    Based on the Accommodation Type selected, you also have to enter details such as the rent amount, the city category and the FRV. For example, if you choose the Accommodation Type as Rented Accommodation, you must also enter the rent amount and the city category.
    If you have created your own Accommodation Types, the infotype will list the same under theAccommodation Type option. To configure customer specific Accommodation Types, go to the IMG underPayroll India Housing Define Accommodation Types.
    If you have created your own Accommodation Types, the system will not use the standard computation methods on any Accommodation Type. It will instead use the computation methods that you have defined through the EXIT_HINCALC0_005 User Exit in the EnhancementHRINHRA0.
    For more information on User Exits for Housing, see the IMG under Payroll India Housing.
    If the company has provided furniture or domestic help to an employee, you must enter the details of the same under the Helper and furniture details section. The system uses the information maintained in this section to compute perquisite on furniture and domestic help.
    In the Landlord's Details section, you can maintain contact details of the landlord whose property the employee has taken, on rent or lease. There are no computations performed on the data stored in this section.
    IntegrationWhen you create a new housing record, or modify the Accommodation Type or the beginning date of the infotype, the system dynamically updates the Basic Pay infotype (0008). When you save the Housing(HRA / CLA / COA)infotype (0581), the system automatically displays the Basic Pay infotype (0008) with the changed information and you must save this infotype.
    If there is a change in the Accommodation Type, the dynamic action will default the changed Accommodation Type in the Basic Pay infotype (0008). If there is a change in the beginning date of the Housing(HRA / CLA / COA) infotype (0581), the dynamic action will delimit the earlier record, and create a new record having the changed beginning date.
    This dynamic action is necessary to ensure consistency between the information maintained in the Basic Payinfotype (0008) and Housing(HRA / CLA / COA) infotype (0581).
    For example, the employee was earlier staying in a Rented Accommodation and then shifted into a CLA. TheBasic Pay infotype (0008) earlier contained a housing wage type that had the tax code for Rented Accommodation. The dynamic action now updates the Basic Pay infotype (0008) with the housing wage type that is associated with the tax code for CLA.

    What Problems could cause my mobile if I used duplicate or 90% original cover for my N82? I know original one is always genuine and preferable but I’ve got a 90% original body for my N82.     What do you mean by 90% original? A cover is either 100% original or 100% non-original!

    For a start your warranty will be voided the second that the phone is opened to change the covers. Damage may occur during the change if not done very carefully.

    Other issues could include a degraded signal and possible overheating.

    No help can be given on this forum for issues related to non-official covers on phones that do not allow the user to change them.

    That seems like a lot... I know I would have trouble with some of them. I'm not exactly sure where my 2011 tax return is -- I filed online and lost the online records. Whoops. I'd have a difficult time with the rent thing too... I'm not under a lease, and have paid by check, cash, online bill pay, etc over the past 12 months. Messy.

    I ended up with several things for the lender to verify, but only one for myself... Signed 2012 taxes. I hope these conditions aren't too tough for you to take care of! Good luck!

But in all the three it is not coming. It comes directly in RT.     However, our AN936 provides some information about attaching a custom port adapter to the 867 case.

    Hello all first off I must say I have been reading alot on these boards over the last few months and I must say the community is not only great here its amazing..Ok now down to business , me and my wife are currently looking into housing options but both our credits are not good ( see me scores in signature) , we make over 50k a year total, are currently living with parents getting caught up on bills and saving money. Wife has a few bad loans ( student loan almost all paid (was defaulted), another one we are working on) and I have a large student loan (30k)in deferment , my question are the following:1. Is housing loans / FHA/High downpayment,ect out of touch for us based on info above.We are looking for loan amount around 125k2. In your opinion would I be better off paying mass amounts on the student loans for a year then trying for mortgage?3. Alsowith us living with parents how much of that will effect my chances at gettinga loan since we are not paying any rent or showing any major costs /payments , beyond catching up on bills ( Would me paying on student loans make any difference)Any other suggestions would be great , there is ALOT of info to read here..Thanks in advance

    FHA allows you to live rent free.... but it kind of needs to make sense. If you are living rent free.... you need to be saving money. Or, in your case, reducing debt.I would like to see the scores a little higher.Paying down student loans isn't going to help the scores much if any.The student loans will need to be in good standing for fha
